Install the HubSpot mobile app

Sales happens away from your desk. The HubSpot mobile app lets you respond to new contacts, log calls, check your tasks and update deals from your phone so nothing waits until you are back at the office.

How to do it

  1. 1On your phone, open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. 2Search for HubSpot and look for the app named HubSpot — CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service.
  3. 3Install the app and open it.
  4. 4Tap Sign in with HubSpot and enter your Olson Homes email and password.
  5. 5Complete any multi-factor authentication prompt.
  6. 6Allow notifications when prompted so you never miss a new contact assignment.
  7. 7Tap the menu and confirm you can see Contacts, Tasks, Meetings and Deals.
  8. 8Send a test note to yourself from a contact record to confirm logging works.

Tip

Add the HubSpot widget to your phone's home screen or Today view if your device supports it. One tap shows your next task or meeting without opening the full app.

Use your work phone or a secure device

Do not install the HubSpot app on a shared family tablet or an unlocked device. Your contacts and deals contain personal and financial information that must stay protected.
